- Vinaya comes with rich experience towards being Strategic Partners to Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention, Designing the framework for Policies/Procedures to align with the organization’s Culture, Merger & Acquisitions and Enabling Transformation and Change Management.
- Over the years Vinaya has had the opportunity to drive the initiative of creating harassment free workplace in multiple organizations and enabling the leaders to create a Diverse and Inclusive organizations.
- She holds an MSc degree and PGDBA in Human Resource Development.
